Draft — pending legal review
Member, merchant and partner terms
Version: draft-2026-10-24. The operating legal entity, UEN, address and support contact remain to be supplied. These terms are a working pilot draft for qualified Singapore legal review, not a lawyer-approved agreement.
HERSw’s role and account safety
HERSw is an asset-light marketplace operator and facilitator. It does not own suppliers’ inventory or become the seller, importer or fulfilment provider merely by hosting an offer. The identified seller is responsible for its goods and services, subject to obligations imposed by law. Keep account access secure, provide accurate information and do not impersonate a business or seek unauthorised access.
Members
HERSw provides lifestyle, learning and community services. Nothing on HERSw is medical, financial, legal or investment advice, and no outcomes are guaranteed. Community posts must be respectful; posts reported by multiple members are automatically hidden pending review.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the appointment.
Free course enrollment and free event registration are subject to published availability, eligibility and capacity. Paid tickets, paid subscriptions and online checkout are not enabled. Premium and Private Circle access requires a recorded entitlement; an application is not an approval. Private Circle and concierge requests may be declined, and no outcome or access is guaranteed.
Events, networking and community
Organizer submissions require HQ approval, and an administrator cannot approve their own event. Networking is for adult representatives of eligible businesses with explicit opt-in. Meeting requests require recipient acceptance; private contact exchange requires both parties’ consent. No unsolicited recruitment, multilevel compensation, harassment, unlawful claims or misuse of member data is permitted. Sponsored and exhibitor offers must identify paid promotion, scope and price without promising audience or revenue.
Merchants
- Merchants are reviewed and verified by HERSw before listings go live.
- Standard platform commission: 15% of each item's sale price, shown in your earnings ledger.
- Refunds reverse the sale and return the commission on that sale.
- Claims in listings must be truthful; medical or financial guarantees are prohibited.
Partners & referrals
Partners earn a disclosed 5% commission on a referred member's first paid order. Referrals must be applied within 7 days of the new member joining, self-referrals are rejected, each account can be attributed once, and each code is limited to 20 attributions per day. Partners must disclose the commercial relationship when sharing their code. Commissions are reversed if the order is refunded.
These are proposed pilot commercial rules, not guaranteed earnings. DEMO manual payment does not qualify a referral or create referral commission. No reward is earned solely for joining, recruitment or a chain of recruits. A production referral payout requires eligible verified economic activity and a connected settlement process.
Payments
Payment processing is not yet configured. No charges are made while this notice is shown.
Accepting a quote records agreement and may reserve inventory; it does not record payment, issue a tax invoice or transfer funds. Manual DEMO financial actions are test records. A manual payout reference is evidence recorded by an administrator, not a transfer executed by HERSw. Refund, delivery and dispute obligations must be agreed with the relevant seller; statutory rights cannot be waived by these draft terms.
Concierge
A request does not guarantee availability. The quote must identify scope and price before acceptance. Quote acceptance does not itself confirm payment or reservation. HERSw must disclose whether it acts as arranger or service provider for each confirmed arrangement.
Restrictions, disputes and changes
HERSw may restrict unlawful, misleading or abusive activity and preserve evidence needed for disputes. Responsibility, liability limits, complaints procedures, governing law and dispute forum require the operator’s decision and qualified counsel’s review; no unsupported exclusion of statutory rights is asserted here. Material commercial changes must be disclosed before affected transactions.
