Demo outlet & fulfilment terms

HERSw public discovery and demo are available. Paid launch remains blocked. The fictional profiles, listings, capacity and payment events in the walkthrough are not real accounts, inventory, approvals, contracts or settlement.

Parties and scope

Demo merchant A, Demo provider A and Demo country operator are fictional roles. Operator legal name, registration number, address, outlet identity and authorised signatories must be supplied and independently reviewed before any real agreement. This draft binds nobody.

Outlet participation

The demonstration outlet opts into the named sample service, two sample appointments and simulated fulfilment only. No real appointment is reserved. Real participation requires owner consent, KYB, an approved service, capacity, safety obligations and signed service-specific terms. Changes require renewed review.

Fulfilment and cancellation

Demo providers confirm then record fulfilment; customers can cancel before fulfilment to restore simulated capacity. A fulfilled service is not automatically restocked after a refund. The walkthrough uses full simulated refunds and no real cancellation fee. Real service terms, notice deadlines, no-show rules, dispute evidence and statutory consumer rights require legal review and explicit agreement.

Money and allocation

No money is charged, owed, transferred or earned. Goods and bookings show a separate illustrative 15% platform / 85% merchant split. Memberships alone illustrate eligible-net first-payment 30% referrer / 10% platform / 60% outlet reserve; renewals allocate 0% / 10% / 60% with 30% unallocated. A refund excludes referral and reverses the illustrative allocation. Outlet reserves never double as country profits.

Real reimbursement would need signed participation and reimbursement terms, identity-bound fulfilment, qualified payment settlement, reconciliation and independent approval. A demo terms checkbox or HQ persona action proves none of these.

Privacy, safety and dispute handling

Do not enter personal, health, financial or registration data into the fictional walkthrough. State exists only for this page session and Reset clears it. Real operational contacts, PDPA responsibilities, liability, complaint handling, jurisdiction and support response times remain unspecified and must be completed before commercial launch. No medical outcome or income guarantee is made.
